Information we use
- Location: When you choose a truck-stop or weather search, your device provides a location for that request. Trucking Ray Nonstop does not save your precise location.
- Sign-in information: If you sign in to participate in the Community, we receive the name and email address supplied by the sign-in service.
- Community information: We store display names, profile images, optional professions, bios, posts, uploaded pictures, replies, reports, blocking choices, moderation actions, and suspension records needed to operate a safe forum. Pictures attached to Community posts are displayed publicly with the post.
- Guest scheduling and consent: If you apply to appear on That's Delivered Podcast, our scheduling provider may process your contact details, appointment information, guest-release acceptance, and optional email-marketing preference.
- Platform analytics: We use a random identifier stored on your browser or app to estimate visits and page views. For signed-in members, we also record activity and verified sign-in sessions using an internal member identifier. Authorized moderators can view aggregate analytics. Analytics does not record private message content, journal content, precise location, or page query strings.
- Email campaigns: If you subscribe to campaign emails, we store your email address, subscription status, campaign delivery history, and pictures added to campaign drafts. Campaign emails may display those pictures and use a small tracking image and tracked button link to estimate opens and clicks. Some email services block or pre-load these items, so the estimates may not be exact. Every campaign includes an unsubscribe link.
- Technical information: Hosting and service providers may process standard security and diagnostic information needed to deliver the app and prevent abuse.
How information is used
We use information to provide requested features, attribute Community posts, moderate content, schedule podcast interviews, document guest consent, send communications you request, respond to support requests, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information or use precise location for advertising.
Third-party services
The app links to or displays services operated by providers such as Google Maps, Apple, NOAA and the National Weather Service, YouTube, Riverside, Shopify, OpenAI, and listed sponsors or affiliates. Their privacy practices apply when you use their services. Purchases are completed by the external Shopify store; Trucking Ray Nonstop does not receive or store your payment-card number.
Retention and deletion
Community information is retained while it is needed to operate and moderate the forum. You can permanently delete your Trucking Ray Community login profile, posts, replies, reports, blocks, and related account data from the Delete community account page. This does not delete the separate Google or Apple account you used to log in. Some information may be retained when legally required or necessary to prevent fraud and protect users.
Your choices
You may decline location access and continue using the rest of the app. You may browse public features without signing in. Marketing emails are optional, and every marketing email will provide a way to unsubscribe. You can report content, block members, request support, delete your Community data, or visit Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information to record an opt-out request.
